    HRB v. IRS Client tax preparers were sued by the IRS who was attempting to permanently remove their license to prepare income taxes. IRS claimed that they prepared hundreds of "fraudulent" returns for their clients. Mr. Tomas successfully defended the clients and they still prepare income taxes to this day.

    B.A.R. v. IRS Taxpayer has tax debt of over 1 million between three tax years. After successfully arguing an offer in compromise for policy/equitable purposes (which is extremely rare), taxpayer's debt reduced to zero.

    State v. AL Client charged with possession of child pornography. Mr. Tomas got charges dismissed after filing and successfully arguing a dispositive pre-trial motion.

    State v. ORL Client under investigation and arrested for capital sexual battery on a minor under the age of 12. Charges ultimately dismissed after aggressive and extensive pre-trial litigation.
  • Tax reduced to $9K
    IDT v. Fla Dept. of Revenue Florida Dept. of Revenue assessed a debt of $900K against client for sales and use tax. After filing initial brief in the third district court of appeals, tax was reduced to $9K.
